1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item does not match the description or image on our website.

2. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: Our customer support team will assess your request and determine the eligibility for a replacement.
  3. Replacement Shipment: If your request is approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking information.

3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (excluding damages or defects caused during shipping).
  • Returned in its original packaging, if applicable.

4. Exceptions
